From this position at the centre of Montenegro's prime property market, our advisory team operates across the full Bay of Kotor coastline, Lustica Bay, Budva, Herceg Novi and every significant development site in the country.

The Tivat office handles new development advisory, buyer acquisition management, investment intelligence and private client services for our Montenegro portfolio. It is the primary point of contact for all Montenegro property enquiries and is staffed year-round by senior advisors with direct on-the-ground market knowledge.
